Statement

As a collaborative of business leaders committed to socially responsible business, our core values include diversity, inclusion, social justice, social responsibility, and sustainability.  The integration of these values into the mission and fabric of our organizations and into the consciousness of our movements overall is vital to our viability and impact in our local, national and global communities. 

In striving to incorporate these values into the businesses in our respective communities, we have set the following objectives:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of how diversity and inclusion enhance cultural competency, profitability and sustainability, and lead to long-term success in our individual companies;
  • Actively seek out and develop more inclusive business strategies and solutions, and align our core values with strategies and solutions that we have identified;
  • Develop a deeper understanding for how social justice, social responsibility and sustainability can be drivers of financial success for all enterprises;
  • Improve our outreach to business owners of color in order to share our experience and our passion for socially responsible business;
  • Incorporate evaluation and measurement  of successful integration of our core values into our respective businesses.
